One of our favorite people. Arthur was a wonderful neighbor at Hampton Beach.
He was always kind and had a wonderful smile. We missed him greatly when he decided not to summer at Hampton due to health reasons. Every time I pick up a piece of sea glass I think of him and his vast sea glass collection. May he rest in peace. He is now with his loving wife Dee. Our condolences to Laurie and Deborah and their family. Gail and Sandy.
