Jeannette F. (Roy) Crowley

Warren - Jeannette F. (Roy) Crowley, 91, of Warren died on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She leaves behind those she cherished most, her daughter, Cynthia L. Wright and her husband Seth of Warren; her son, William F. Crowley, Jr. and his wife Nara of New Iberia, LA; her sister, Lorraine Erickson of Ware; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild on the way, two great-great-grandchildren and a large extended family.  Jeannette was predeceased by the love of her life, William F. Crowley.  She was born in Ware, daughter of the late Eugene G. and Katherine (Girard) Roy.

Jeannette had many talents and enjoyed them all. Her main passion was singing. She graced the stages with her angelic voice, where she and her husband met for the first time in the 1940’s. She and her husband owned and operated The Village Drive-In in West Brookfield. They also owned and operated The Village Club & Lounge in Warren.  Later in life, Jeannette went to Cosmetology School and became licensed as a Hairstylist, before taking the reins as the owner operator of Cindy's Hairstyling in Warren.

A Funeral Mass for Jeannette will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church in West Brookfield.  There are no calling hours and everyone is asked to meet at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter, “IMO Jeannette F. Crowley”, P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515.  Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting her family with arrangements.
