Ware----

Linda  Berube was the most compassionate beautiful soul that has  ever graced this Earth. She scared monsters out of closets and  kissed away boo-boos, with a serene subtleness that made you forget you were ever scared or hurt to begin with. She was born to care for others with a natural ease and sense of purpose.

Linda possessed a giant heart, much bigger than her small body would seem to hold. She loved nature and all animals had a special place in her  oversized heart . She was intelligent and always enjoyed a good book. Her laughter and happiness were infectious to all around her.

She was no stranger to loss. She was predeceased by her parents, her beloved grandson Ray-Ray, and her beautiful daughter Jessica. Five years ago she lost the love of her life, her husband of 45 years James Berube.

Her and my father had the kind of marriage that makes you believe that it isn’t just an outdated institution, but a beautiful union of two souls. They were two people who actually whole heartedly loved one another. They found what many people look for their whole lives and never obtain. I’m sure they are dancing a waltz right now, and he stepping all over her toes.

Linda leaves behind three sisters, Margaret, Ruth and Ann, her two daughters Sara and Megan, a son Jamie, her granddaughter Amber, grandson James, and her great grandchildren Jayvian and Jazzmyne. She leaves behind many memories and love that no time can erase. She set the tone for what a human being should be  in this world, and it would be a far better place if people lived with half as much humor, compassion and courage as she did. All  Services will be private.
